The Diet To Stay Healthy
60% vegetables of all kinds (more varieties the better) raw, boiled, or steamed, always add garlic, ginger, basil, peppermint,
cilantro, oregano, parsley, lemon and raw apple cider vinegar #903, organic soy sauce #902, olive oil or fax oil, sea water
#001, lecithin granule #005.
10% Brown rice or mixed raw cereals plus 10% beans or mixed beans always add garlic, ginger to cook together as porridge or
soup - before serving add spice herbs.
5% Ocean fish or seafood and organic egg only steamed or make soup - always add oregano, cilantro, garlic, ginger. 5% Raw
walnut, almond, brazil nut, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, pine seed as snack or add in your food. 10% Fresh seasonal fruits
(variety is best) * Very important at least 8-12 cups of distilled water.
To Stay Healthier Above Normal Health
1hr 30min before each meal, always use a Champ HP3 blender to blend fruit juice/smoothie and take it in the morning or vegetable
juice/smoothie and take it at lunch and dinner time.
Morning: Kiwi, pineapple, papaya, strawberry, grape, grapefruit, orange, apple, pear, lime with skin, and all kinds of berries
always add: 2tsp flax seed (slowly increase up to 6 tsp.), 2tsp #005 lecithin granule, 1/2tsp #004 bee pollen, 1/4 or 1/2tsp
sea water #001, 2 cups hot 999 water, and plenty of distilled water if you don't like smoothie but juice. Before serving,
add 1tsp or 2tsp #750 on top.
Lunch and Dinner: Carrot, beet, spinach, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, white turnip (daikon), potato, tomato, lime with
skin, avocado, corn parsley, onion, togarlic, ginger, basil, cilantro, oregano, cayenne (#622, 1 capsule slowly increase up
to 3 capsules), always add: 2tsp flax seed (slowly increase up to 6 tsp.), 2tsp #005 lecithin granule, 1/2tsp #004 bee pollen,
1/4 or 1/2tsp sea water #001, 2 cups hot 999 water, and plenty of distilled water if you don't like smoothie but juice. Before
serving, add 1tsp or 2tsp #750 on top.
To Stay On Optimal Health
5-10 days each month, only take smoothie or juice as your 3 meals daily for 5 days, 6 days or 10 days at your desire and after
5-10 days go back to healthier diet above.
